Beautiful and pleasant hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodative. In-room dining was also a good experience, with tasty and affordable food. Only the aircond circulation was a bit warm and insufficient to be felt from on the bed. And shower cubicle smelled a bit odd but bearable.

All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef.
