Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Located on the busiest strip for fun! Staff are extremely helpful and polite. The facility is well maintained and you would not think you’re in the middle of the action. Rooms are spacious with great views! The breakfast is also great!

This hotel was incredible. White marble everywhere the Belfast and the front staff for OnPoint all the way across the board. It's even got Starbucks in the lobby. If you're lucky enough to get to the 18th floor the view is impeccable. Take advantage of the rooftop bar and the rooftop pool

Great staff, room was clean. They gave a cute complimentary treat upon my check in. The folded elephant towels were a cute touch. I had a room with the tub by the window. I didn’t use it because the tub was really small in person. Bathroom was clean and they actually give you enough towels. Would stay again.

Room was clean however the bathroom tiles had mildew . Housekeeping staff need to be trained on how to clean the bathroom Staff . The Concierge staff was great and respectful especially Ibban, he was very helpful
