I liked the convenience of everything around the hotel but the room was terrible i had to call maintenance twice because all the taps were seized and the shower head fell off the wall so had to use the hand held shower head to wash. The sink taps were seized and the aicon wasn't working in tbe bedroom also the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Really disappointed for the money i paid.

Stayed for 6 nights the room was cleaned every day and on the one occasion that new people in the room next door came back at 4am and decided to have a party. 1 call to the concierge and it was shut down quickly. Excellent will stay again.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and we were given fresh towels, water and coffee tea etc every day I struggled with the food at breakfast, and the bedrooms are very dated. Bed was super hard as well. We weren't keen on the swimming pool area, it was very disappointing. Good location for nightlife, sky train and shops though

Long line for check-in and checkout. Some doors at locked in the evening, long walk from the lobby to the sky rooms. Not worth the money. Plus the hotel charges 100 baht for each guest you bring to the room.

I booked this many months prior to arrival. Upon arrival check it was later than specified and my room was not assigned. The air con barely worked in the room making sleeping uncomfortable at best. The door card malfunction at a late hour was not impressive. The room did not get cleaned until later in the night everyday of my 4night stay. Front desk personnel was extremely slow checking in . To sum up I would never stay there again .
