The hotel itself is amazing - perfect place. The staff can not do enough for you, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. The pool area is great. Breakfast is perfect and has everything you could need. The shuttle boat to icon or the pier is great. My only downside is the location although on the river and it’s the best hotel we have stayed in Bangkok all the times we have been I just felt the location was too far out of the main areas but nothing a grab or bolt didn’t solve.
