The staff was definitely at the top of their game. It was the most genuine hospitality I have ever experienced. I checked into our next hotel (4) star and really noticed I was not at an Anatara hotel. I’ve been spoiled. Its the real deal.

Hotel is in an excellent location and has all the amenities you need. Restaurants are delicious I ate in three of them. Taxi boat to Iconsiam is very convenient if you want to go shopping in that amazing mall. Overall I would stay here again.

Staff we're totally amazing everyone was so respectful and genuine. My husband lost his wallet and when we checked with lost and found it was there with all the money in it. This was so wonderful for our trip. We respect the staff in the honesty. We love the accommodations the pool was amazing loved our room right on the river.
