Everything about this hotel is 5 star. Beautiful garden resort on the river. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to all the best places to visit in Bangkok. And the free river ferries were a fun and unexpected surprise. Highly recommended and will visit again.

The staff was great and very friendly. We were upgraded to a room with terrace, which was nice. Outstanding breakfast buffet ( one of the finest we’ve encountered), though expensive. Pleasant riverside bar (though the live vocal combo was consistently off pitch). Evening dining options were weak and neighborhood seemed isolated. Not sure it gives a visitor a sense of the real pulse of Bangkok, which would be our primary objection

Highlights: Great Pool and location far enough from downtown the air is clean so you wouldn't know you're in Bangkok while chilling. Shuttle service to Sathorn Pier. Brilliant breakfast buffet - notably the asian food. Great to enjoy breakfast by the water. Rooms a little tired, service was notably not as good as other hotels we stayed at in Thailand and everything here is INCREDIBLY expensive for the standard of the hotel.

A classy quiet hotel with good dining options . An escape from the busy downtown . Rooms and amenities a bit outdated and balcony furniture was decaying . Lovely staff at concierge and housekeeping and always a warm smile and sawadi ka:) would recommend
