Great stay at a very upmarket hotel.

Pros: Good price, convenient/ central location and staff very friendly. Safe and secure. Close to trains.
Cons: Very happy with facilities :-)
Location: We easily found the hotel and staff gave us a map and pointed out places of interest. :-)
We booked on line and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find such a well maintained and friendly place to stay. Clean and comfy. Staff very helpful.We went out each day and / or night. It was really easy to find as it was close to the train station and airport. When we left, it took us 3 to 4 minutes to walk to the train station and we hopped straight on a train to Chang Mai :-). Very, very easy.

Cons: The beds are wrapped in plastic which is noisy when you roll over,
Location: Not near public transport
Facilities: Shabby; Value: Unreasonable; Service: Good; Cleanliness: Mouldy; The wifi is extremely expensive even by Australian standards and not very fast, you are better off using an Internet cafe
