They told me I’d been given a free upgrade, then charged me the upgraded room price (which was a 2 room Exec suite for a lone traveller!).When I checked my WOTIF booking, it had been updated. What was meant to be 7000 bhat, become 12000 baht. I’ll never stay again. Cheap dirty trick.
