staff are amazing, they provided outstanding services. The room is beautiful but in my room there had been a water damage from bathroom so the wall was not clean, also mold on the bathroom ceiling and the shower head was clearly dirty with old grim which you need to avoid in a hotel at this price point.

Wonderful staff! Very helpful & go.out of their way to assist you and preempt needs. Hotel rooms are large, clean, well stocked with amenities. Hofel services (concierge, check in etc) were amazing, and the food was excellent! Best hotel stay i've had in a while (and I travel a LOT).

Easy walk to Metro and BTS to get around town. Shopping malls with unique dining options, walkable, if that is what you want. We didn't spend much time in the hotel, so I can't speak to dining options within the hotel. Gym was pretty good.

Awesome stay, everything was clean and their gym is incredible. You can get a full workout in and they have a steam room and a sauna. Food was top notch at the buffet and the little tea room they have downstairs… best iced count coffee I ever had 🙌
