Staff and management were excellent. Breakfast buffet had good variety to cater for different tastes. While some floors have been refurbished it would be an advantage to check with the property when booking.

Construction work around the pool area resulted in the Gym and day spa being closed also, nothing left to do at the hotel itself. Staff were amazingly helpful and made up for all other disappointments

Didn't like that we weren't informed that the pool wasnt working prior to arrival. However they did provide breakfast complimentary. Staff were lovely and they had a restaurant with good food.

Quiet location, and close to Nana Sky Train.

Hotel is a bit dated, but is clean, everything works, breakfast is great, staff are impeccable.
