I arrived in Thailand shortly before midnight, by the time I had claimed my bags, went through customs, got a ride with Bolt and made it to the hotel it was after 2:30 AM. The hotel was filthy, there was a steady stream of prostitutes and lady boys in and out of the hotel. At check in I was told that there was an electrical emergency with my room and they did not have a room for me. At this point I am 40 hours without sleep and now your telling me at 2:30 AM that you don't have a room for me which I booked 6 months in advance? They offered to put me up at a nearby hotel. They gave me a ride to the hotel offered. There was visible piles of dirt on the floor and the room smelled like sewage. I returned to Boss Suites to tell them that was not an acceptable option. They said that is the only option they had. I could not find a room at 2:30 AM that would allow check in. One place I found that would let me check in was 250 USD per night. Stay away from this dump the lobby was filthy and dingy. I would rather sleep on a park bench.

They had transport to take you to the town Nana which was only 5 minutes from there by tuk tuk quiet area at the end of an alley would stay there again

Room wasn't cleaned everyday, which means no new towels, water or toiletries. Also, the wifi was terrible. I couldn't as much as check my emails or watch Youtube. On many occasions, there were loud noises and people shouting in the hotel and banging on the doors. However, the staff was friendly and tried to resolve issues unsuccessfully, but they tried.

Very nice hotel. Room is big with a see through bathroom so you can see from the bed which was a plus for me. Nice staff, massage in hotel and can come directly to you. I highly recommend if you’re in bangkok

Outdated room with lots of mold in the bathroom, ceiling and ac not working properly. Housekeeper always forgets to restocked things like soap, towels. I had to wait for the towels to be delivered for 2 hours.

The room i got was not up to their usual standards. Phone jack did not work closet had a solid wall just behind the door thus no shelf space at all for cothing. No towells in room upon arrival nor safe and the fridge was not stocked (not a problem for me sonce i never use the itemd) and as ecpected they tried yo charge me for things not stocked eg. beer. It really felt like a room seldom used. Lastly, list price gor car to airport is 400 Baht but got dinged gor 600. Did not have time to fight this owing to time. Almost enough things to make look elsewhete next time.

Beautiful lobby, but sprayed with too much smelly perfume. Pool was in the shade and pool shower was not clean. Our bathroom had heavy glass shower door hanging dangerously by upper hinge only! Could not close shower door. Bathroom sink did not drain. Light above sink, light next to bed, TV and safe did not work.
