We had a wonderful stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The décor is elegant and luxurious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable — truly five-star quality. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the rooftop bar provided a perfect place to unwind. I especially appreciated the outdoor pool, sauna and steam room — a relaxing treat after a full day in the city. In addition, the service was truly impeccable — special thanks to Khoa and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We felt genuinely well taken care of. We would gladly return.

The room was nice and clean and felt like home. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within a 5-minute walking distance to Asok BTS station and Terminal 21 and a 3-minute walk to Emisphere Mall with many restaurants and spas around the area.
