Everything was great except my room faced to a very busy rd so it was very loud plus the toilet stall was open on top which was kind of strange cause all the smell will come into the room, never seen one like that but overall was really good!
All the smell and noise goes out to the room if you’re on a call or something :-)

Very clean rooms, staff very polite and very quite area. The breakfast was a disappointed though as there is no value for what is offered. Overall a very nice experience.

The AC was working very poorly and the room was filled with humidity. At some point, the air even smell acidic. I informed the reception about the problem but no action was taken. Also, even though I upgraded to a "superior" room right before check-in, I was given a room on a second floor facing the main avenue. The noise was substantial, which added to the poor quality of air in the room, made for a very unpleasant stay.

Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Hotel was very close to all the key attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok.
