700 baht minimum for hotel to contact taxi service. Hotel tuk tuk not available for a 2 kilometer ride. My wife and I ate at the hotel restaurant and it took 45 minutes to bring out my wife's dinner and this was after they came out with the wrong order originally. I've never experienced such an inconvenient stay.😥

Great clean hotel. The location was a little inconvenient since everything was a minimum 15 minutes taxi ride away from the hotel. They did have a free shuttle to Khao San road which was nice.
