If staying in Bangkok with family or want a chill vibe stay here We were in Sukhumvit but was kaos so moved to the Chatrium was Awsome but staff made us wait 2 hours for room they we believe was unused before us

The hotel did all the little things right and most of the big things right. Every food ootion i tried was better than I anticipated. Really great experience overall for never having stayed at one of their properties before. The area around the hotel is surprisingly functional for dining and shopping(Central Rama 3 nearby). Really close to The Standard Manakhon. A huge plus if you decide to do the skywalk. The only con I could muster up is that some of the pool bridges looked rundown and some of the room mechanical items were older/seminfunctional. Definitely not a deal breaker, but do not expect perfection.

Loved our 10day stay. rooms are large little bit pricey and not much to do in the area,it’s cheap to use Grab to get anywhere.. the mosquitoes are bad,bites all over my legs and everyone that I seen..kids are loud and the pool is only 1.2 m deep unfortunately I like a deep pool..4/5

Fantastic Family Stay at Chatrium Residence

Our family of six recently spent three nights in a 3-bedroom suite at Chatrium Residence Sathorn, and we had a fantastic time. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. We particularly loved the pool and the variety of restaurants available - the Coffee Club, the buffet breakfast at Albricias, and the pool restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect. It may not be walking distance to sites and malls, but a short drive by grab taxis. Highly recommended for families looking for a great stay in Bangkok!
