Our stay at CHERN Bangkok was excellent! The staff were all lovely and the hotel was super clean! Great location, nice and quiet and nicely tucked out the way!

The staff were Always helpful and watchful about Your safety as a guest It was in close vacinity of Entertainment and accessibility to Central Bangkok. Also for the Khaosan Road and the road behind that feature fantastic live music . Also about a 4 minute walk to the canal and 5 to Golden Mountain ( a must see ) I’d advise to use Grab or bolt for access into The Iconsiam district

Comfortable property close enough to a few interesting sights. However, the mattresses on the bed were incredibly hard and the rooms were quite bare in terms of ammenities. Comfortable enough for the night we stayed

Conveniently located and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very basic, the air-conditioning is quite noisy and the mattress is a bit too firm. The swimming pool is decently sized but there isn't enough space or sun beds for an acceptable number of guests. Also the sun beds are very close to the pool so when water splashes they get wet.

We enjoyed our stay during Songkran. Location worked out well, rooms were comfy, clean and quiet. Pool towels, coffee and glasses/cups would have been an asset in our rooms.

Drinking water system is not environmentally friendly ( giving everyone two plastic bottles a day) . It could be easily solved by a couple of modern hot and cold water dispensers and make guests use their own bottles. This would also solve the issue of one small kettle for the whole hotel ( there are no kettles in the rooms).

Great value proposition given the pool and nice rooms. Very helpful staff. My first room smelled very strongly of some kind of cleaner, disinfectant or possibly even insecticide. Second room was very nice upper floor and newer with no smell. The pool guy dumped concentrated bleach into the pool while I was swimming which I thought was probably not a safe thing. There was some pool rowdiness one evening not obviously stopped by staff but a kid screaming in the middle of the night was acted on.
