Common areas in high levels of the hotel should be more secure to ensure everyone’s safety. Guest should be able to enjoy the common areas without having to worry about people going mad in their head… On top of the traumatic event the staff wanted us to pay right away our balance..

The staff was attentive and friendly! Good location close to public transportation. Seemed like a lot of construction on the sidewalks while we were there, which was a little inconvenient but out of their control. The hotel let us check in early and stored our bags after check out while we hung out at the pool to wait for departure. Highly recommend!

Hôtel bruyant

Cet hôtel est bruyant !! Pas d'isolation phonique des baies vitrées donnant sur l'extérieur (énorme bruit de la circulation)ainsi que la porte de la chambre de laquelle les bruits du couloir parviennent Heureusement la moquette atténue les pas et nous n'avions pas de voisins bruyants. Donc il est faux de dire que cet hôtel est insonorisé. Concernant la piscine elle est petite et très froide car à l'ombre. Déco agréable mais seulement 6 transats et 2/3 canapé. Roof top très bien pour la vue et prendre un verre.Personnel adorable mais je ne reviendrai pas car mal dormi. Séjour de 5 nuits
