I did get a free upgrade which was great. The iron in the room folding work properly but I did what I needed eventually! Breakfast was a bit limiting for cereal options and didn’t see cold milk anywhere.

Location location location! Right in the heart of Soi 11 it did take about an hour to get checked in but it was very busy and the staff was phenomenal at getting things moving. No balcony but clean decent rooms.

Staff is friendly. Room & hotel were clean. Roof top pool was nice. Included breakfast was ok. Could have had more variety & better food quality. Also, coffee was terrible. Good location if you prefer a lively area with access to bars & restaurants at your door step; however, you’re sort of in a red light district, which we didn’t know & is a little off-putting.
