Had to get them to change the bed linen has dirty and I think blood stains on the Doona cover . Bathroom was dirty hand prints on the shower wall and other dirt marks .Staff at reception when checking not friendly. Mattress hard and uncomfortable

Close to the airport, great price, pool looked clean. The room was small, so not great for more than 2 nights at the most. We didn't eat at the restaurant but probably should have as the dining options in the area are limited. The best was the free shuttle back to the airport in the morning. Tip: Make sure you allow at least 3.5 hours before your flight when you book the shuttle (international). Passport control in Bangkok was a nightmare.

Front counter staff rude. Noisy and poor location. Stay only as a last resort no matter how cheap the room rate. Should not be in hotel business from terrible room design, noise, rude staff. Steer well clear.

Extremely rude staff on check in, no manners or smiles clearly not happy in their jobs! Location is perfect for 1 night with a free shuttle bus to the airport which takes just 10 - 15 mins depending on time of day. Rooms small however perfect for a night. Pool area floor really dirty looks like it’s never been cleaned, pool needs a good clean around the edges.

Loud and hot!
Was given a terrible room right beside the elevator. The room is very small. The air conditioning is not sufficient to cool the room even though the room is small. It ran all night and I had to sleep with the blanket off me. Very noisy in the area and very difficult to sleep with all the noise outside, I did an overnight stay because I had an early flight in the morning but with a little sleep a hotel stay didn’t do much good. Breakfast not included. It seems like hotels always give Expedia a customers the worst rooms. This hotel certainly did.

Stay away at all costs
IMy asked for early check in through a phone call, they responded back that it would be ok. The hotel lied they made me wate until 11 o'clock when I was in there lobby by 8 am because of an early flight. I asked for a second room key and they flat out would not give me one. A booked a queen size bed and got 2 single beds, that was fun for 2 adults. Whent to take a shower and had no soap in the dispenser. It's a waste of money to pay for a pool view room, they have 2 pools. One is keep clean, the second one is foggy. The shuttle bus driver that took me back to the airport was not a very pleasant man. He road the back end of every car and would cut off other cars, took corners way to fast for the size of the van. I realize this is Thailand but there was nothing safe about his driving. All in all I would steal clear of this hotel.
