Chinese New Year and crazy everywhere. Hotel was fine. Balcony nice. Don’t understand why you can bring women to your room but u r banned from smoking on the balcony. No sense. I don’t spend a lot of time in my room but bed was comfy and I slept fine. Shower need a little work but whatever. Fantastic location as it may be the best hotel on the Chinatown strip!

A fabulous stay at the Grand China Bangkok hotel. Lots of things to do around the area, great massage places, walkable attractions, easy to grab a taxi, safe, hotel is part of a shopping mall so convenient. Starbucks also part of the building. My room was on the 17th floor with lovely views. The room was spacious and clean. It is also the floor was GenZ bar. Hotel staff all friendly and welcoming. The coincerge staff are my favourite, always getting the lift for me or carrying up my bags. Amazing service. Will definitely stay again.

Spacious and comfortable

I would have to give 10 out of 10 for my stay. The room was spacious. I loved that it had a settee in and two chairs so I didn't have to just sit on the bed. There were plenty of plugs. It was easy to blowdry my hair because of convenience of mirrors and plugs. The tv worked well and I was able to get YouTube. The bathroom was a good size and not awkward to use. I used every area of the hotel dining on the 17 floor with great views and on the 23 floor. The ground floor offered economical dinning plus a Starbucks close at hand. I would highly recommend this hotel but remember you are in an older part of town and older building. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you want to see all the cultural buildings and temples this is a good base to go from with plenty of taxi and tuk tuk. Just half a point off. The pool is not as it seems on picture and it more just a plung pool or large spa. So don't come to sit around a pool. Other than that as I said top marks. Thankyou for a great stay.

Excellent location to explore the Cinatown area

Friendly staff. Nice views from the 17th floor bar. Good beakfast and especially liked the afternoon dim sum lunches.
