I had a very pleasant stay at Grand China Bangkok. The hotel’s location in Chinatown is excellent—right in the heart of the action, with easy access to street food, shops, markets, and public transportation. It’s a great base for exploring this vibrant part of Bangkok. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a nice place to relax after a busy day out. The higher floors provide great views of the city, especially in the evening. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and daily interactions smooth and welcoming. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm despite being in a very lively area. Overall, Grand China Bangkok offers excellent value for its location, comfort, and service. I would definitely recommend it to travelers who want to experience Chinatown while staying in a comfortable and reliable hotel.

Disapointed in the pool, it is tucked away in a corner, and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard. And no lounges to lay on in the area, and to had to access it by getting the lift to 22nd floor then climbing a flight of stairs to get to 23rd floor where the pool is! also the lighting in the room and bathroom were very dull, good breakfast, friendly staff, pianist in the dining area (Tim) in the afternoons was. very good. And in the evenings they had Karaoke it was fun.

The bathroom is very tired with moldy grout and sealant, and peeling paint. House keeping kept forgetting to provide either toilet paper, tissue, towels or free water almost daily. Only a travel size hairdryer was provided which wasn't powerful. The beds are quite hard and very wobbly. The hotel doesn't appear to be at four star standards.
