I like a firm bed , this hotel bed was hard like a wood plank, bathroom sink no hot water , shower hot water was warm only . Bathroom small , the room amenities not well thought out , hair dryer is out side by a mirror mounted too lwow

We enjoyed our hotel stay immensely. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were excellent, and shopping was convenient. However, one front desk staff member was unpleasant and didn't greet us. Following our feedback, the issue was resolved. The hotel staff were nice and respectful. We appreciated the hotel's convenience and look forward to returning.
