The reception during check-in on 16 Dec night was not very professional. She told me that I was not entitled to a free upgrade & said that I should call Expedia. Also, the room was not set-up well - there was insufficient bath gel & the room was not carpeted. On the positive side, the other days' staff were very helpful & polite - especially the Concierge.

Very nice hotel. Location is excellent. Breakfast was great. But it’s the staff that made our stay superbly excellent. The staff, all of them, were very helpful, very nice, very courteous. It didn’t matter whom we interacted with. They were all very hospitable.

Great location, staff at lobby was awesome. Room was good to location is unbeatable, service in restaurant and breakfast area was sub-bar and slow out of 4 days 2 one of the coffeemakers in the breakfast area didn’t work ( and 2 wasn’t enough for the amount of people) restaurant staff barely speaks any English which is strange for the area and a 5 star Hotel. We stayed at other Hotels in the area before and this was unexpected. Overall 4 out of 5 as the rest was good
