We had a wonderful and luxurious stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully designed, very clean, and offered an impressive city view that made the stay feel even more special. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and truly comfortable. The location is outstanding, with major shopping malls and transportation just a short walk away. The facilities were also excellent — especially the stunning swimming pool with panoramic skyline views, a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast restaurant hygiene is a big concern. i found ants on the tabke and napkins, and told the staff, the next morning i still found the anrs. Not only in one table, but a few. The Onsen got a big problem, two female found inside Male onsen area in the operating hours. Good side, housekeeping staff and reception and luggage staff are very professional and helpful with smily face.
