Such a pleasure that we did not want to get out and visit Bangkok. Seriously comfortable and luxurious hotel at a decent price. I found the decor to be understatedly elegant and very well maintained. Let's talk about the food. We had room service about four times and all was good- with the exception of a continental breakfast one morning. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and we have no complaints about this hotel. Lot's of other high end hotels in the area along with convenient mass transit and fantastic shopping. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when back in Bangkok.

True 5 stars experience. The hotel has an older grand feel to it but the services & breakfast is top notch. Facilities also include games room with ‘PlayStation’ den for those who needs a quick gaming session.
