The governor restaurant was horrible. I wanted dinner. Not loud music. Meals being served 15 minutes apart. We should have received our food together. The manager in the restaurant is an idiot. What’s the theme there?

I found the staff to be amazing but the room was not great. There was a huge stain on the chair and the airconditioning was stuck at one temp, even after the visit from maintenance. Generally I found the hotel to be in need of some upkeep as even the carpet on my floor had stains. My room faced the main road and was very noisy, the windows require some noise proofing.

Hotel is located in the center of Bangkok, 3 minutes walk to public transportation as bts, mrt, right next to Terminal21 with shoppings and foods restaurants. Good breakfast and my room was clean with great view. Recommend for stay on business and holidays.

No complaints at all. All staff have been superb. Excellent service and quality of food spot on. Even the concierge Khun Eve superb too Only comment I would like to make is that the main bar on first floor (ground floor) could be more interesting as it’s such a large space much could Be Done to make it more interesting and cosy?
