From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, Apple is the best, thanks to the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. They took the time to answer all my questions and even provided some great local recommendations for dining and activities. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident, and you could tell that the staff genuinely cared about providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What truly set Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, apart was the level of service. Love Apple she is the best.. Each member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Great room and service but breakfast was not good

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights strait. The check-in experience was great. Room was nice, and facilities (although rather small in size) are well maintained. However, we have had not so good experience at breakfast. A few things happened: 1. Since we didn’t want to have breakfast at the hotel everyday, we thought to purchase it as hoc. We did that for 3 days, and every day we got asked our room number at least 3 times after we’ve sat down. It seems that the waitress simply didnt remember the room number and had to check again and again. 2. Food variety was good but the cooks are not so well trained. One example was that my husband ordered an omelette with some of the ingredients with no bell pepper, but somehow pepper was included in the omelette still. Another example was that I ordered a bowl of noodles. After I chose the glass noodle, I ended up getting a bowl of soup with no noodles. 3. There’s an egg station but when we requested sunny side-ups, the cook asked us to take the pre-cooked ones that’s on the counter. This is my first time that a 5-start hotel cook asked me to do this. All in all, I would like to suggest more training for the breakfast team, in order to create better customer experience.

Amazing shower!

Great hotel with a very good location. Close to rail line (air conditioned trains) and also close to great restaurants and shopping centre. The staff were great and everything met my expectations and more. The standout for me was the best showerI have ever had at the many hotels I have stayed at around the world - it was very good in layout and shower - sometimes it’s the small things that makes a stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient, but it is easy to get stuck in traffic! The service is friendly, but some facilities are inconvenient, for example, the water bottles provided are reusable glass bottles, which are impossible for tourists to carry out!
