Great Stay, worth the expense

Stayed there to watch the BWF Thailand 2025 badminton tournament. Very close to national gym. Very convenient. Hotel staff, the 2 ladies upfront were awesome and patient with my tourist questions. Breakfast was included and had excellent choices and also tasty.

Good location. The room light had spark noise in the middle if the night. Technician tried to rectify it but still noisy. Endured for 3 nights coz it's troublesome to change room. The front desk staff were professional and tried their level best to help us though.

Good and Bad

At first everything was fine until when I came back one night, my room was wet and the ceiling started leaking. The technician came in with a black face, stepping into the room with his boots on, thus, dirtying the floor. Eventually, they offer to change room, so I had to pack up and move to another room. It would be great if they refund one night of my stay or upgraded my room. The Pros: Free breakfast and dine in or take out (but they dont provide box), rooftop garden and provides bottled water. Beside the hotel there is a McDonald.
