We have stayed at the Muse many times but we so a huge drop in service and much lower standard offering as breakfast. When we arrived there was a heavy rain, no one to greet us or help out with the luggage from the car. When I parked the car and was in the reception I wasn't offered a welcome juice. The check in was slow. The hotel is as always cozy and with a nice atmosphere. We did however noticed the weed smell on floor 17th. The room was nice, tidy and clean. We arrived around 8:30am for breakfast which have always been a pleasure and delight during previous visits. This time we noticed that the ala carte menu was gone and instead replaced by an egg station. The bread station isn't something to write home about with stale bread and croissants. This is a step down from being a top class breakfast to become an ordinary breakfast that any hotel offers. I'm looking forward to be contacted by the hotel, telling me if they agree or disagree with me. If no contact, I assume they don't care.

Great overall facilities, excellent staff and service. Restaurant service and food was great. Shower design allowed for too much water to get onto the marble floors and lighting in the bathrooms wasn't sufficient, but otherwise the room was great.

From the moment i arrived, greeted by Plan, the warm reception team, Ms Gina at breakfast, and all the bar and wait staff at Speakeasy, plus the housekeepers ar 5 star too! A dream to stay here has now been achieved. Already planning my return

Great well priced option

I needed a place at short notice for 1 night at a good price ans this fitted the bill and more. The hotel was really beautiful the rooms stylish and atmospheric and the service good. Would highly recommend.
