Nice deco room but dirty

Jacuzzi Room is nice deco n comfort bed. but the jacuzzi is very dirty with dirt objects once jacuzzi is on. Breakfast is freshly cook upon order but cleanliness is doubt. Few min walk to Asiatique. Sound proof not good especially they got function at rooftop bar.

Hotel itself is nice. But it doesn’t not near the city or scenery place, and it it hard to take taxi. Norma taxi drovers always refuse to go hotel, and it doesn’t not near BTS station too

Great customer service by frontdesk receptionist

Basically my stay was a short, can't really comment much. For nearby tourist attraction = its location is extremely near Asiatique and Chao Phraya river. Nice view of river somehow is block by the surrounding tall building.(somehow abit disappointed, don't know there's so much tall building around it) But the hotel crews provide great customer services, such as: when we alight from taxi, the hotel receptionist move out from her frontdesk. She use umbrella to shield us from heavy rain to hotel main lobby. Appreciate such kind move...

The picture that shown is exactly the same. Room was spacious n clean. The stay is near 5-8 mins walk away from Asiatique. You able to find food n massage parlours(they close quite early) around the area.

It was not a pleasant Stay

The cushion on top of the pillows had white spots and disgusting the tap has last visitor Hair band tied to it and no housekeeping take away and overall location wasn’t that bad but a little far away and lots of mosquitos and the receptionist always not there sometimes when call down and no one pickup and complain about the cushion next morning so they dun put back after change linen and back to the room still there and no one listened and so it was terrible with a hair on it so they changed it at night for me and took a photo for the management team and next morning checkout no one wanted to say who was the guy who picked up the call as some guy told me he was working but that time he didn’t pickup my call... which was not investigating why and Who picked up the call and make such mistake as I just said very nicely on the phone call but they seemed okay... so I was shocked as the grey cushion was entirely all over the pillow when I was back at night... scary and also the wifi didn’t work at night as well.... overall not as nice as I expected as some part of the Room wall was very bad in the corner with a huge crack to it.... and I will not consider going back again

Nice stay. clean room, comfy bed. room is big. would generally recommend to friends. it was cooling weather when we stayed, not sure about summer time as the temperature increases, as the lobby and corridor are without aircon.
