The front desk staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean, and free water was provided. Wifi worked well, water pressure and temperature were good, and AC also worked well. Beightbohood was convenient for Chinatown food tour and visiting the temples in Old Town. Overall, would recommend this spot!

We stayed at Villa de Pranakorn for 5 nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful, setting up transportation and making recommendations. The room was large and quiet, the bed comfortable, but the reason this isn’t a 5/5 review is the shower. The water temperature was constantly fluctuating any where from cold the dangerously hot - making the daily necessity miserable. We had one meal in the restaurant and thought it was ok, but overpriced since there are a few good spots a short walk away at half the price. The location is a quick tuk-tuk ride or 20 minute walk to major sites. Overall good experience.

Great modern hotel in the heart of the old city. Staff was amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. And great breakfast options. Walkable to some major sites including the giant swing and the Golden Mount.

Had a very nice time staying here. The King suite was very nice and roomy. The staff were all very attentive and kind. The facilities were clean and upkept. Really enjoyed the inside/outside aspect of the first floor. The neighborhood is nice and seemed relatively local a few fancy coffee shops on the block along with some street vendors, and it’s a comfortable walk to the Golden Mount temple which I highly suggest checking out! There is a fair amount of construction happening for the whole walk from the MRT station, so getting to the hotel from the train was a little bit of a challenge but not too bad.

Great hotel and restaurant in Old Town Bangkok within easy walking distance of most major attractions such as the grand palace, wat pho, Chinatown night market, khao San road. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay, just so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for your stay in Old Town Bangkok!

Beautiful oasis in the heart of Bangkok

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The staff was all SO friendly and welcoming, and made our room look special upon arrival. I found the bed and linens to be really comfortable, and I will be the first to say I am very particular about my bed. The hotel breakfast was so delicious - we ordered the American breakfast each day, and especially loved the fresh fruit. The hotel also offers room service and in-room massage packages. We loved how easy it was to walk to the different Wats from the hotel, and still get away from the noise and bustle of the busy streets. I highly recommend staying at Villa de Pranakorn!

We stayed for 3 nights in June 2025. The staff were brilliant and the location is very central to everything. Everything was a 10minute trip or walk. The water pressure was quite low, if that is something that effects your choice… there was also a lot of construction going on out the front of the hotel during our stay which wasn’t great for the atmosphere. It did not affect our sleep at all.

Good breakfast choices—good food during first stay but different cook during 2nd stay was definitely challenged cooking eggs! No late checkout unless you agree to pay— its worth the cost but could be adjusted some.

Great time at Villa de Pranakorn

I had a great time staying at Villa de Pranakorn. The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean and spacious with a huge king-sized bed! It's in a great location - a lot of the tourist sites are close by but also the local restaurants offer amazing value too.
