They were extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating to my needs. The location is excellent for the Silom scene, and you can basically get there from the BTS station without getting rained on, if it rains.

Return Trip Solid But English Less Spoken

I returned to this hotel after 7 years, because it is generally good with a hearty breakfast and very close to the Pat Pong area, which despite reports of losing excitement was jumping the weekend I was there. It is close to the metro system and Lumpini Park and shopping centers. The English content on TV was okay, but they must have dropped CNN, because they had it last time I was there. The staff's English proficiency was not good, with one exception, and I had to use my translator app a lot. English is the International travel language, used by Germans, French, South Americans and other Asians, etc. A good hotel should be proficient to accommodate these guests. In fairness this is a problem all over Asia. But last time I was at Le Siam it was better.

Very close to Sala Daeng BTS easily accessible even during heavy rains, 24 hour Foodland supermarket and accompanying large Thai/Western restaurant, Silom Center, MK, the Wine Connection, Daiso, Topps market, 3 Starbucks close by, lots of pharmacies, staff on call 24 hours are extremely gracious, friendly, and helpful, buses to Centralworld nearby on Silom Road. Highly recommend this little gem. My wife and I have stayed here very often. Le Siam is the best for us.

The hotel is greatly located. Very close to busy streets, bars, restaurants. There’s BTS station nearby and 12 mins walk from the metro station. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff cleans your room every day. They really have a great attention to details. As there is a busy street nearby, you can hear some car noise. It’s nothing major tho (of course if you’re a light sleeper like me, it’s worth always having your earplugs handy)

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Bangkok. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For a city centre hotel, it has great facilities and the swimming pool was wonderful.
