The location is great and very close to many resturants. The staff and security are top notch and very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very clean and spacious with hot water for great showers. It is next to a park which many use for walking and working out. Overall, I was very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely stay here every time that I am in Bangkok. After a long flight I was glad to finally get here and collapse on the bed. Nice firm mattress which I need and slept great because I didn't sleep at all on the plane. Great buffet breakfast, really friendly staff and about a 10 minute walk from the Phaya Thai ARL station. Soundproofing could be better though as you could hear people slamming doors or dragging furniture about.
