Being yelled at and grabbed at by security upon returning to the property after 9 pm is unnecessary, they could ask nicely to see a room key. They didn't ask nicely at all even though thesame security staff had seen me enter and exit a number of times the same day. I had a room booked for 2, front desk staff gave me one key card. I asked for the second card and the staff rolled their eyes, sighed, registered a second key and clicked it down on the counter silently. No apology, no ' here you are', nothing. I'd leave my room at 10 am with the "please make up the room" light on, and upon coming back around 4 pm each day it wasn't attended to at all. On the 3rd day housekeeping knocked after 5 pm to see if I wanted my room cleaned. Do better!

Hotel layout is spacious. The property is however in need of renovation. Carpets are worn out. Walls & doors need to be repainted. Breakfast had good variety but needs some change day to day. Overall experience was good.

The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about this hotel, excellent staff and excellent service one of the best breakfast buffets around and I have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok.
