Customer service here is always amazing! I come here twice a year and never consider a different hotel unless the Maitria is sold out. The rooms are fantastic and the AC is awesome.

All the staff were friwnsly and helpful specially Noom. He went above and beyond to help us and feel welcomed. He gave us great information whenever we ask for reccommendations. The room is clean and the breakfast was excwllwnt. The only thing I would correct will be the pastry area because there is only one toaster.

My favorite Hotel in Bangkok. The staff at the reception is Amazing, the security guard so friendly, the food is great, location is perfect. The pinapple cookies they give you when checking in are ufff adictive. I always come back to this Hotel.
