The staff are really friendly and attentive. MY family and I had spent our birthday celebrating in Bangkok. On our day of our birthdays, they left messages on our bed, which was really thoughtful. The location of the hotel is also opposite the MRT, which makes it easy to get around

I would like to firstly thank the night housekeeping staff and Sophie from the morning housekeeping team as well, they made our stay enjoyable with cleaned room and the many requests for bottled water haha. However, the room itself could be better improved especially for the bathroom and the room aircon, as they seem a bit rundown. Also, the hotel lobby aircon can be better managed, it's too cold. Overall, it's been enjoyable staying here, looking forward to future stays when i visit BKK again. :)

Okay. Near a lot of places.

Rooms are a little bit old. Cater more to large tour groups. Hot water temperature in shower is unstable. Bed a bit on the stiff side. Sound proofing is bad. I can hear other rooms closing doors, upstairs dragging chairs, and opposite condominium renovation noise. Hotel Thai massage is good though. There's a flight of stairs up to front desk or down to entrance every time you go in and out. Though the concierge will help you carry luggage but you just need to climb stairs up down every time.

Good and quiet place to relax and get away from the hustle of the busy street. The massage at the Hotel had excellent customer service from (Noon and Proud). However, it is a bit of a distance to the central shopping area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Hotel in Bangkok. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Bangkok, offering great value and comfort. I’d definitely choose the Mandarin Hotel again on my next visit!
