Abit of hicups during checkin which resulted in an unpleasant start of my stay. But upon submitting a feedback via expedia, the hotel management reacted swiftly, sending me a fruit basket and a option for room upgrade as a form of apology. Accepted the fruit basket as a form of apology but didnt take up the room upgrade as i have already settled down in my original room. Looks like some of the hotel staffs are not aware of the expedia VIP access privileges. Overall still a good stay

The room is clean yet I found a fake eye lash on the bed. So I put a request to change bed linen before I went for shopping. There is no disposable comb and face towel. There is the toothbrush set, cotton pad. I encountered some issue with their auto curtain and it power trip our room electricity. But staff from reception managed to reset and the technician came in to fix the auto curtain. This happened around 1am+ on 2nd night. So it’s resolved but the auto curtain issue did come back. So I totally keep the curtain always down to avoid it can’t stop on its own when I activate the curtain to see outside window. One of power point with usb not working or maybe too low power type. So we had to switch to travel adapter instead. There is no laundry line in bathroom. So when we wash some clothes we face problem hanging in the room and bathroom. I always smell the toilet with body odour smell. It will go way after shower but come back when the shower fragrance are gone. There is a hairdryer but it’s smell. So we did use it. Room w breakfast - pretty good variety but repeat daily with 1-2 change of dishes. So its boring esp ate for 7 days. Samyan Mitrtown need to cross the road (unsheltered) about 6 lanes (2 way road). If no rain it’s easy. If heavy rain. It tend to flood on the side at the shopping mall side. MRT BL27 Samyan is around 10mins - no shelter. Hotel has shuttle service 1 way with 3 routes fixed timing and reserve in adv -it’s free. Main tower is too near road - noisy

Very impressive foyer and reception. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has lots of delicious options. We stayed in the King Premier room. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Complimentary water and Pepsi were much appreciated! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay, every single interaction with staff on reception, breakfast crew, gym/pool staff, cleaning staff was 10/10 service, nothing was too much. Just across the road from the mall, we walked to/from MBK every day as this was the drop off point for tours. Gym was very nice with very cool towels in the fridge. Didn't use the pool but it looked very big. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Thank you staff for our great stay and look forward to coming back.
