This hotel required a deposit of 1000 Bhat. OK we used credit card and where advised credit would be returned the next day when booking out. This did not happen and staff did nothing to cancel the credit but gave very weak excuses and said money would be returned in about one month. This leaves a bad taste in mouth and now I cannot recommend this hotel and advise people not to check in. We were three groups signed in for one night and we all are not coming back and advise friends and colleagues to avoid this hotel and the company in the future

Nice hotel location. Its unfortunate that the doors aren't able to be closed quietly on the rooms themselves. They have to be slammed shut, so I was awake all night with guests entering their rooms banging the doors closed throughout the night. The entire hotel is tiled too, so this only amplified the noise. Other than that, clean and close to transport. Not much more you need to ask for.

Close to MBK centre and a few restaurants. Also within walking distance to the snake farm which is an interesting place for the kids.
