The hotel was great overall, spacious, clean room for being in the city. However, we had to take the stairs most of the time and the noise in the corridor and outside was loud at times. The main drawback was the dirt and smell outside the hotel. If you can stomach that, it's a fantastic little spot, a strategic place for shopping!

Worn out. No functional window with view and fresh air even though there is a window. There were loud noises from outside which could be heard, probably other guests. Budget stay but it feels a lot cheaper than hotels of the same price. Only booked here because of high prices elsewhere during New Year. Not a top choice.

Great ambience & Friendly staff -It's my 2nd stay!

Place is very nice. Love the room design and friendly staff! They are always willing to help. This is my 2nd stay in this hotel. Great stay! Totally suggest this hotel! Location is good too. Walking distance to Platinum Mall and Central World.
