The room was huge! Great location just 10 minute walk to Icon Siam. Very shallow soi to main road. Great restaurants both left and right on Main Street. Staff was amazing kind and helpful. All appliances worked flawlessly.

The staff were welcoming, very helpful and very kind. The room was serviced each day with fresh towels and the floor cleaned each day. The hotel has free parking. We stayed for a week at Naga Residence. The rooms are perfectly clean and kept clean every day. Toiletries are very well stocked and the room is spacious. The wifi in the room we were in had a weak signal so the staff arranged for a separate router to help improve this. Thanks very much. Sadly I left my watch charger behind, but can't do much about that!
