The room was very clean and the staff was great. Loved the room, just not the stiff bed. The hotel is more used by Chinese tourist so breakfast was more for them. Overall not a bad hotel, but far from the main roads. Would probably use this hotel again for a night or two, but not long stays.

Looks like the property was built by an enthusiastic amateur. Vanity sink Bockes and even the overflow did not work. Door to the balcony was poor quality and got stuck as you opened it. When it rained staff placed towels everywhere.

It was a tour bus stop Hotel. The soundproofing was horrible. On ninth floor of ten floor hotel. Can hear dogs barking, motor bikes. When the bus or buses came, very loud. Even had a group in hallway doing exercises. And counting to ten in Chinese. At 0200. Doors open and talking to each other very loud. When doors would shut my door would shake. There was no luxury. The towels were exfoliating. The bath robes were used for under the door for an attempt to muffle the sounds. The staff was great though.

Fantastic staff. Nice newer Hotel. Only complaint is hallways are all marble and doors thin/don't seal very well. When other rooms rented out sounds from them coming in was loud, as if there was no door. Great Breakfast buffet, just same thing everyday or long walk to street food. Bad TV cable reception with no English channels. Still I enjoyed staying here.

Booking information says free airport transportation. The free airport transportation is limited to 3 times a day. First 5 am, second 10 am + 1 more time. Useless when you need to leave the hotel say between 7 and 9.

Yes, they were really nice and helpful people. I had problems with the refrigerator not working and they immediately offered me a new room and apologized many times. It's good service.
