The property needs a facelift and rooms are quite dated but otherwise our stay there was most enjoyable. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast buffet was very good although eggs are served cold unless you ask for a cooked omelette.

Great customer service

It was a very satisfying stay. Nice affordable hotel, rooms had minor issues here and there, but staff tried their best to address them when informed. We forgot some documents and a charger in the room, called them several hours after we checked out, they located them and kept them safe for us to pick up on our way to the airport. Their personnel is wonderful, from the luggage person downstairs to the reception girls; very friendly and always trying to help you.

Great place to stay cheap for extended stays. Breakfast can be included if you make a deal. Good buffet for many cultures. Rooms are slightly outdated but overall good enough condition to sleep in since you’ll never be in the room since there’s so much to do. If you need anything that’s not in the room the staff are some of the most attentive I’ve seen anywhere in the world. So so nice. Not the most expensive, but definitely not the cheapest. I stayed for 21 days and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. I would recommend to anyone that wants a good bang for their buck or has a family. Perfectly located in the heart of Bangkok.

I thought that the property was in a pretty walkable location. The people seem very friendly and there was an opportunity to do shopping if that was what you were looking for. There was also lenty of shops to choose from. There were a couple minor issues in the room but for the most part it was an enjoyable stay. I definitely would stay again when I come back to Bangkok. 😃

Good area. Great rooms. Super clean. Shower didn’t drain properly and was really low so not ideal if you’re tall (6’1 had to crouch down and was a little uncomfortable). Great place to stay, ended up extending stay an additional two nights. Would go again and recommend to anyone.
