It is the Staff that make the stay so good for me. The property needs so much restoration now because all guests I talk to say the same - Rembrandt is old and tired Property. I have been coming for more than 15 years, and you keep taking away amenities in the room, make breakfast room smaller, and food is not so good. But you do have amazing staff - I have always been impressed. I MUST say a big thank you to Samer who you should recognise for the time he puts in and also the way he treats his guests. He is an excellent front of house manager. Please reward him in some way. Also, his number 2 I think. A lady who's name I am so sorry I forgot, but she is normally running front desk when Samer. You will lose both these staff if not well looked after. Look forward to seeing you again. Grant Abrahams

Nit too impressed with this hotel, bathtub is two high fir older people. We ate at the hotel Mexican restaurant the next morning both if my children had stomach aches and threw up quite a few times. I have to get a medicine for them from the pharmacist. We ate at different restaurants never had any problem, but when we ate there problem. We booked three rooms for seven nights and overall the hotel is so so for me

Stayed several time before but the hotel has gone down hill. The state of repair, if any, is poor. We went to check in on time, but told room not ready. Come back in one hour. Came back, told another 15 mins. In the end 2 hours late. Rooms now very run down. Breakfast is ok, but not a lot of choice. They proudly say Muslim friendly, which seems to mean they won't serve bacon. What about being friendly to the rest of the world? Will not stay again.

Very good location. Walk 9 minutes to BTS Asok station and 10 minutes to MRT Sukhumvit station. Shopping mall Terminal 21 next to BTS Asok. Breakfast great variety and price was right. Swimming pool with large area to sit. Fresh towels available. 7-Eleven convenience store open 24 hrs on corner of Sukhumvit Rd to get water, drinks, snacks and daily essentials. Staff very friendly. Would stay again.
