From Check-in to Check-Out, stay was exceptional. Entire Staff was focused on dedicated Guest Satisfaction and accommodation. Room was very clean, no issues. In addition, the Breakfast Buffet excellent.

Staff is welcoming and very nice. Gym is decent, but limited for a full workout. Good masage. Breakfast could be better, good variety but could use more containers to keep the warm food a bit fresher, a bit dry. Fresh fruit and salad, if limited. Rooms are strating to look a little aged, still nice. Mattresses are hard and worn, windows let in to much noise from the street.

Drop in standard of housekeeping

Have been staying in S15 for more than 10 years. This time the standard of housekeeping seems to have drop from my previous stay. Bathrobes was just left at wash basin and not hang up proper like my previous stay. Also on my second day of stay, no fresh bath towels was provided and I have to call reception to bring the towels. I will be returning next month for another stay, hope the quality of housekeeping improves.
