This was my second stay and arriving early in the morning I was able to shower and freshen up. This set the tone for an exceptional stay, including a room upgrade. The staff were superb… helping whenever asked. And I love the breakfast and the ‘edgy’ design of the place. Great location as well.

I arrived exhausted from a London flight - I was given a room that was on the tenth floor and was told no room was available with a view. the room was appalling - dark and nothing like the photo shown. Room 1001 should never be let out. However I knew that I needed to sleep and just accepted things at face value and I was only there for one night. Funnily enough I met the previous occupant of this room who refused to stay there it was so dark and depressing. Worst to come - when I got a taxi to the airport the next day was told by hotel staff it would be 500 Baht it was 320 from the airport so I knew they were trying it on. I complained and said I wanted a metred taxi. I don't expect to be cheated by the hotel WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Awesome decor great bars and wonderful staff

I loved my stay at Siam@Siam. Walking distance to great shopping precincts. Staff very friendly and all amenities second to none. Highly recommend.

Ticks the boxes

Great location to transport and shopping, nice pool and gym. Restaurants are great. Breakfast great. Staff fantastic. Rooms are good, didn't like the rooms at the very end as the wifi reception is poor so get a room mid hallway. Otherwise all good.

Excellent hotel

Cons: When I wanted to order room service a few things were not available. It would be good if they were listed in the menu in the rooms so that guests know
I stayed at the hotel for three nights and I could not fault my experience. From the moment I was picked up at the airport in a very nice air conditioned car I knew I had booked a great hotel. The service was excellent and the staff would always go above and beyond what was expected. I had a room with an incredible view and didn't feel like I needed to leave the hotel if I didn't want to. The food is great. The hotel is close to major shopping centres and the sky train which makes it easy to get around.
