Very good location as everything is in walking distance range. I took Deluxe king room which is of average size but other rooms are small, but price is right for location. Tanya on frontdesk is polite and helpful, cleaning staff is also hardworking compared to ther hotels I stayed in Thailand.

We decided to cut short our 3 night stay after one night because the room was tiny and the traffic was terrible for getting in and out. We thought we might miss our flight out of BKK so opted to stay at a hotel closer to the airport that was a lot more luxurious and eat the cost.
