Rooms are very large and comfortable as ate the bathroom. The shower pressure is fantastic however because the controls are under the shower head you will get a powerful drenching. The beanbag chairs at the pool are cute to look at but a horror to get in and out of and you haven’t the option of rolling over. Also the thumping music at the very small pool area is quite annoying. The breakfast option is inexpensive but just down the road the breakfast at Spice Fusion is hands down much better.

The property is well kept but a little dated. Breakfast buffet selection lacks in variety and really not worth the add on price compared to compatible properties. Overall the hotel is worth the price. It's my go to hotel for comfort when I'm in BKK

We weren't able to check in until 2 hours AFTER we were supposed to because they didn't have a non-smoking room available, even though we booked this hotel in advance. They were kind enough to offer us a complementary Thai massage while we waited, but the massage was more hurtful than relaxing and the masseuse was on her phone while giving the massage.
