Great location for a stopover great shopping mall opposite the hotel, and massages within easy access. We had an early morning flight and proximity to the airport and shuttle service were so convenient. Out of the craziness but within reach if you want it.

We had a very nice stay after a long flight. Easy free shuttle from the airport ( just write to them the day before). Staff were lovely and the hotel is extremely clean. Great pool and surrounds. Breakfast buffet was great in a beautiful restaurant with many options to choose from. I would highly recommend Park 9 if you need to stay near the airport for incoming or ongoing travel.

It has a great airport service.. the staff are do take care of you,. The English capability of the front desk staff is at times a challenge. Whereas the restaurant staff ( the ones I dealt with) are more across English…but that aside the breakfast is great, staff are great and location is perfect if you don’t need the hustle of BKK city centre. We managed to get into town during our one day / two nights stay via the Airport Train.Very efficient and good value.

A modern hotel with great facilities, friendly helpful and welcoming staff. Very convenient to BKK with complimentary shuttle bus on a fixed timetable. The meeting point at Gate 4 arrivals for pickup worked well. An excellent breakfast is available in the restaurant in a setting which is comfortable and modern and reflects a higher standard of accommodation than the rate charged. A lighter food menu with promotions is also available in the bar area. Highly recommend and would willingly choose the hotel as a first choice on any future Bangkok visit.

After a frustrating, long day of travel we arrived at the park nine hotel. We were greeted with a smile from the door man as he helped unload our luggage’s. As soon as we got to the front desk, the smiles stopped. We were greeted by a rude front desk staff and seemingly a manager like staff had no smiles either. Her name was Jah, she was not friendly or helpful. We asked if we could reserve seats for the airport shuttle for the next day and she simply responded that they were full without any options or alternative suggestions. We also asked if they would store our luggage for a couple of days and again we were shut down without any apology or effort help. First impressions are important and this one left me feeling let down. I expected a higher level of service from a hotel rated at 5 stars.

Fantastic hotel located very close to BKK airport (and free shuttle is a big bonus!). The rooms were lovely and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection, and the restaurant does delicious food for dinner as well. It's a short walk across to some malls for shopping as well! Would definitely stay again if I needed a night or two near BKK!
