Clean room, friendly helpful staff, exactly what was needed for an overnight in Bangkok. Pool area, though not used by us looked lovely, shuttle service worked well for our flight times.

We got a newly remodeled room. It was clean and the staff were super kind. We arrived late at night. Thankfully the hotel had room service menu which they were serving. Food was very good!

We stayed one night in January. The hotel is one hour uber ride from Seoul station, only 10-15 minutes from the airport, with really good airport hotel shuttle service. The rooms are spotless, breakfast buffet is delicious with a multitude of options. A real five star hotel. We will stay there again next time we visit Korea.

Great and attentive staff, lovely lobby and pool, there has been lots of effort put in the outside of the hotel but not in the rooms. Subpar bedding, terrible pillows and unfortunately found cockroaches inside my bedroom and bathroom - surprisingly on the 7th floor. Can’t imagine what it’s like on the ground floor rooms. The grand lobby, the pool area, restaurant and client attention does not reflect the inside of the rooms. The rooms, bathrooms, and bedding/towels are cheap and bad quality. Would not stay here again.
