We requested for a non-smoking room and they provided us a smoking room. They refused to change the room saying they were booked out. We had to air the room ourself, they didn't try and help us with this. The lobby area looks like the lobby of a massage parlor. The receptionist was rude too, she threatened to cancel our booking because I was insisting on a room change. The room also doesn't block out outside noise so be aware of this if you're a light sleeper. I found the pictures in the booking page to be quite misleading. I would definitely have gone for another place if I had known the condition of this hotel.

It's a new and modern hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was very useful. The hotel is located far away from the main attractions of the city, but there are always tuk-tuks outside waiting for customers, so getting around isn't too difficult. Also, the hotel is next to a 7-Eleven as well as other places to eat. However, it seems to be located in a red-light district, so if that makes you uncomfortable think about staying in a different area.
