Close to BTS, welcome staff. Wide variety of food provided for the breakfast. Quite noisy at night even though I stayed at 6th floor. Not only the noises from the restaurant nearby, strange noise came into my room at night not sure those was from the pipes or somewhere else.

The lights in our room didn't work properly necessitating staff to visit at c. 11pm twice during our stay to switch them off. Our room was also inaccessible for some time while repair work was done one afternoon. The pool areas was surprisingly small and the gym was tiny/short on equipment. The staff were very ftiendly and the location is good, but overall we were disappointed.

The room smelt of a mixture of smoke and damp despite being a no smoking room. No A/C in the corridors has a negative effect the hotel. Breakfast was poor with the hot food cold and the fruit warm. The restaurant was lovely and the staff efficient and friendly. The lights in our room worked sometimes and not others. We had to ask for help as the lights wouldn't turn off one evening. Definitely not a 5* hotel more 3 star .
