The room, hotel itself and the staff were excellent but our room was facing Khaosan Road - the music eventually stopped at 4am - the ear plugs supplied were not a great help!

Arriving early am after a very long haul flight, our checkin time was hours away; the checkin clerk put a rush on our room and in the mean time escorted us to a resting lounge which was so nice to be able to put our feet up and close our eyes in peace. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel irself was very clean and modern. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The location for night markets, restaurants and shopping was perfect. I felt very safe in the area and was comfortable venturing out and about in this location. Grabs were fairly readily available, taxis always near. Only down aide is the nearest metro that ai found was a 25 min walk. Although there was lots of activitiy on the street out front, I never heard any noise while in my room. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Staff were lovely. Room was large and clean and comfortable. Nice hotel. Only problem was even with the double glazing you could still hear the loud music beat from outside and it goes on very late.

We stayed here for 3 night. Had a lovely stay. Family rooms are spacious with big shower rooms and 2 TV’s. Everything was very clean, with daily maid service. The beds were super comfy. There are complimentary dental kits shower cups and ear buds as well as free water bottles (4 in our room daily). The hotel staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Grand palace and MRT station Location wise , the hotel is a street away from Khao San road, lively, busy and a big transformation between day and night. There 7/11 right across from the hotel. We used them for some snacks and coffees every morning. A big shout out to Pokky, Man who both assisted with a minor issue that we had. Big thank you for the rest of the team who made us feel very welcomed on our first trip to Thailand.

Staff was hyper attentive, they ordered a Grab to the airport for me at 3 am. It’s a bit noisy with the bars below. The hotel provides ear plugs. The mattress was soft so I was able to recuperate. The choice for the breakfast was ok but do not expect a breakfast like we have in North America.
