I like this hotel. Nice staff and clean room and good facilites for its price. Breakfast ok but I mostly take my breakfast on SOI 11 more to choise from. I used to take a garden view room. More quit.

This a basic property considering you shouldn't spend much time in the room. Your close to all the fun and action. Guests checking in at night are loud, and the walls are thin. Housekeeping staff was extremely rude, when asking for extra towels or the bed to be made by a certain time. Even when you tip them generously. So dont offer anything extra to Housekeeping staff. It also rained really hard, and the windows leaked, which definitely shouldn't happen. I would consider other places before checking into this facility.

The staff was excellent very friendly. The room just totally sucked first of all. There’s no electricity in the bathroom so you can’t blow dry your hair when you get out of the shower you have to have your own mirror and go next to your bed or wherever and plug your hairdryer in and hold the mirror so you can see what you’re doing. There’s a house phone but it’s so far away from your bed that by the time you get to the phone if you’re sleeping the person calling you has already hung up and then now you can’t go back to sleep cause you have to get up and walk across the room to answer the phone in the shower. The portable showerhead is leaking so it’s shooting water away from you from the back of the showerhead and the lighting is very poor. Those lights in the bathroom I mean you you can’t really see well in the mirror anyway I would never stay there ever again, but like I said, the staff was very nice and the location was good. Other than that they need to remodel that Travelodge it sucks.

You get what you pay for, a clean, basic, hotel room. The rooftop bar was ok for an evening drink, the pool and gym look nice enough but we didn’t use them, we paid for breakfast on the last day before leaving but wasn’t missing out was a bit of a waste of money really, machine coffee was poor, pastries dry, warm food not nice, fruit was the best bit!! Location is convenient for walking to metro, bts and terminal 21, also lots of bars and restaurants just round the corner and 3 7elevens so very convenient in that respect. The hotel was absolutely fine for what we needed, a place to rest our head between exploring the city but for anything more than that or if we were spending more time in the room I would recommend booking something else!

All very nice. Clean room, actually quiet for Soi 11. Soi 11 is a happening place. Wonderful staff. Very nice breakfast ( only 200 baht if you’re not staying there). Comfortable bed, small pool and weight room. Only negative is it’s a good 15 minute walk to BTS Nana.

First of the staff were amazing. This one gentleman (Yuki) who walked me to my room was awesome. From the friendliness, to cleanliness, professionalism, to the location- I loved it. The location alone is good- from bars, clubs, restautants, shopping spots and the public transportation (BTS, and MRT) is so nearby. Walking distance. The only and I mean only thing I'd changed would be the time to clean the rooms. I'm used to having the tag on my door- if you want your room clean you turn it and if you don't...you switch it to the other side-they didn't have that. They would come one day at 9ish am, the next day 3pm and just random- somewhat annoying. You're on vacation you don't want anyone to ring/knock your room at 9am or if you're decided to stay in all day and here they go at 3 or 4. But It did not take away from the good experience I had. If they were to asked me if I'd stay here again-yes yes yes. Just please refrain from the random room cleaning 🙏
