We had booked 5 rooms in our group. Check in was from 14.00pm and only 3 rooms ready. My issue is the fact the other two rooms were not ready until over 1hr 20mins later. My problem with this is we were not offered anything because of their delay. That is disappointing and for this reason will not go back again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The restaurant was a highlight, especially the outdoor seating area which has a great atmosphere. The staff were all wonderful and made everything easy.

On arrival, my double bed request was 2 single beds. Double available after extra charge. The area around has nothing. It's dark, the taxi can't find it. I'm not scared but a lady would be scared. Why is there a seperate key swipe to enter and leave the pool? It malfunctioned on my return leaving me stuck in the pool area for several minutes... What if I'd lost my card? I've already swiped to access the lift. No more security is needed. Eventually it worked. But having a swipe is not needed. I think I will choose another hotel next time.

ブルーラインの駅から歩いて20分位ですが細い路地を歩きます。近くにレストランは無いのでホテルで食べましたがおいしかったです。部屋からの景色はとても良いです。テレビでyoutubeが視れるのも良いです。朝食はセットメニューでした。
