Clean rooms, great parking. Easy access to anyplace . Friendly staff & a fantastic restaurant which we chose to eat at the entire stay. Room service was a bonus with on site restaurant. Quiet & dark rooms made sleeping very peaceful. Coffee bar was fantastic as well. Everything you need is right there. Coffbar in tbe m.Beds were condirtable.

The hotel itself you can tell is a bit rundown and needs some work. Multiple water stains on the ceiling. We were put in a room. Upon us searching for outlets found dirty socks behind the bed. Went and told the front desk. They got us a new room and upgraded it. For that I will say their staff is excellent and accommodating. Our upgraded room had a broken cabinet door, no harm, no foul. Someone may not have reported it but it must not have been opened when cleaning staff went in so who knows how long it has been broke. We will most likely not stay here again but that’s a personal preference. It seems like minor things are overlooked and rooms are not being cleaned well.

The hotel was clean, safe, and its staff was quite helpful. We were not pleased to be given a room, close to the reception (room # 101) that was quite noisy. For a senior couple with a service dog it was an uncomfortable accommodation. We were told that if we had made our reservation directly through the hotel reservation we would have probably had a better room. The presence of the restaurant “Blue Sky” adjacent to the hotel was a big convenient advantage, especially that its food was really high quality; we were pleasantly surprised. We strongly recommend it with its professional staff and its senior Chef, David.

David was great and picked me up at the airport. I had a delayed and late flight last night. However, I was in room 132 and when I walked in, I did smell possibly a pet odor. I was afraid that when I got up in the morning at 7:00am I would have my eyes all puffy due to allergic reaction to pet dander. I had checked to make sure I did not check a pet friendly room. Thank you!
