Terrible, to keep cool, air conditioner needs to be on it's incredibly loud so it's hard to sleep Whatever cable they had the signal came in poorly and very limited channels

This is a cosy place to stay, no, its not new. Rooms are clean, staff attentive, beds comfy, and the price is right. They do have extended stay rooms. Kinda nostalgic.

Not what it used to be.

Office staff super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is it seems this hotel (which was once one of favorites) has become somewhat of a 'live-in'. People drinking/smoking in the parking lot. Babies running up and down the hallways. We understand people fall on hard times, but it should either be a designated live in or a hotel.

Clean, well appointed room. Off 1A, so busy area but very convenient to stores, dining and the Brewer riverwalk. Continental breakfast options were good.

Rooms were dated, especially the bathroom. Even though rest of room had been updated, it still smelled old.
The back building had the larger, “updated” rooms without the funky smell

Waited so long for a front desk person that I had to call the main number to tell them we’ve been waiting at counter to check in. It appears people live at this hotel. They allow animals and unfortunately someone’s dog went to the bathroom in the foyer and neglected to pickup after their pet. Rooms haven’t been updated in some time. We felt dirty sleeping there. On the plus side, when we checked out the next morning the female desk clerk was super nice.

Been to just a few concerts the past two years and the staff knows my name upon sight! Always friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service to the concert venue and we love coming here.

Black out curtains did not add to the aesthetic and covered the very noisy AC which did not blow cold air, it was more a cook fan. The bathroom shower leaked water and the mattress were down to the spring and low to the ground. I had to put one on top of the other. Will not be staying again. Would not recommend.
