The hot water runs out quickly. It is evident that they use a boiler-based heating system; however, when everyone returned from skiing to shower, the last ones had to take cold showers because the hot water had run out. The bathtub drains do not drain properly; when you shower, the tub fills up with water. It is a bit gross, as it brings up grime from inside the drain. The kitchen is missing a few items—specifically, more drinking glasses and wine glasses. The door access code was missing from the check-in instructions, so we had to keep calling the host at the time of check-in.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and decorated. The only suggestion I have would be to provide more towels, especially since the resort has a pool. Overall, a good place to stay.
